Union ExiSAFE Emergency Device Bolt

A push pad surface-mounted emergency bolt device for use on single doors or as part of a double door solution. It's ideal for final exit escape doors where all users are familiar with the building and hardware. The push pad is for install to the push face of outward opening doors. The design of the push pad is discrete for a tidier option. It offers an automatic top trip that releases the bolts only as the door closes into the frame, preventing damage to the frame and flooring. The top and bottom shoot bolt rods can be cut to size on site to fit each door.

- Anti thrust features in the main mechanism to prevents the top and bottom shoot bolts being pushed out of the keeps to force the door open.
- Can be used on timber fire doors (up to FD120) or metal fire doors up to (FD240) up to 1200mm x 2440mm tall
- 96 hours corrosion resistance
- Completed 200,000 cycles in durability testing
- Slim line design projects less than 100mm from door face
