The high performance PowerLOAD 604 grade 11 lift-off hinges feature a half leaf design to reduce the material removed from doors on installation, as well as carbon steel and phosphorous bronze flanged bearing bushes providing long life. The PowerLOAD hinge family are virtually mainteance free and supplied with a 25-year guarantee, and are suitable for timber fire doors FD30 and FD60* making this hinge family ideal for environments where durability and reliability are paramount.
